We're seeing a noticeable drop of the active homes in Pleasanton. I am not surprised to see it as the Pleasanton schools have just started last week. Parents tend to step put while the schools are in session. We are still seeing the home inventory level stays below the four month mark.

We are seeing the trend of increasing active homes and decreasing pending homes in Pleasanton taper off this past week, which is always a good thing. Our inventory level went back to under four months after the jump the week before. The next two weeks will be critical; we will see if this trend would continue or reverse itself.
